  • Polishing:

    We will polish the metal to remove scratches and restore its original shine, making your ring look as good as new

  • Stone Resetting:

    If necessary, we will securely reset any loose stones to prevent loss and maintain the overall integrity of the ring

  • Prong Repairing:

    We will check the prongs holding the diamond and repair or replace them if needed, ensuring your diamond is safely secured

Ring Resizing

  • Free Ring resizing within one year after purchase for one time

  • Additional charges for special size adjustments(quote separately)

  • Size adjustment of some ring styles requires individual quotation

Diamond Ring Maintenance

  • Free ring repair for diamond fall-off within one year after purchase

  • Any damage caused by the user will incur a repair fee (quoted separately)

Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to decide whether to provide maintenance services based on the design, structure and damage condition of the product.

  • During the repair process, the loss on the metal parts of the product may vary depending on its condition and the extent of the restoration. We will do our best to minimize any wear and tear.

  • If the original receipt or warranty card cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse to offer maintenance services.

  • Other unspecified services will be quoted separately.

  • Playback Concept Limited reserves the right to modify the content, terms, and conditions of the maintenance services at any time.

  • In case of any difference between the Chinese and English versions of the content of maintenance terms, and conditions of the maintenance services, the Chinese version shall prevail.

  • The above services are only applicable to products sold or manufactured by our store. Products not made by our company will not be accepted for servicing.
