      In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we shall have the right to either cancel the order or extend the time for delivery by a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event, without any liability or obligation to you for such delay or cancellation.

  • Only available for products sold or made in Playback Concept Ltd.

    Playback Concept hold all the intellectual property right of all product designs, including customized products. Customers are only purchasing the final customized product or the completed work from workshop.

    Playback Concept reserves the right to further develop the designs and ultimately use them as brand products to promote and sell to more customers.

    Regarding customized designs, customers must ensure that any materials provided to Playback Concept do not involve any infringement of intellectual property rights.

    本店接受信用卡及電子支付平台付款（包括但不限於 Stripe）。所有付款一經確認，即代表顧客已閱讀並同意本店之付款及退款條款。

    如顧客因任何原因要求退款，退款金額將不包括已產生之第三方支付平台手續費（例如信用卡或電子支付服務費）。

    第三方支付平台已收取之手續費3.5%，恕不退還。

    All third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.

    部分退款｜Partial Refunds

    如涉及部分退款，已產生之第三方支付平台手續費同樣不設退還。

    For partial refunds, third-party payment processing fees already incurred remain non-refundable.

    非退款情況｜Non-Refundable Situations

    已確認之預約、訂金或已開始之服務，一般不設退款。
    相關款項可按情況安排改期或轉讓（如適用），詳情請與本店職員聯絡。

    Confirmed bookings, deposits, or services that have commenced are generally non-refundable.
    Rescheduling or transfer arrangements may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

    The products sold by Playback Concept Ltd are mainly made of metal and may be processed to achieve different colours or appearances. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our products during and after the production process.

    However, we cannot guarantee that our products will be completely safe for all individuals as some people may have allergic reactions to certain metal materials, substances, or components. It is the responsibility of the customer to consider their health conditions before making a purchase decision.

    If you experience any discomfort or adverse reactions while using our products, please stop using them immediately and seek medical assistance.

  • We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for updates or changes.
